Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with  Jelliemons. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and freebies must be intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used electronic accessories (earbuds, headphones, etc.)

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

2. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Email us at info@PlayPlanet.co.in with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/video (if product is defective or damaged)

Our team will verify the request as soon as possible and get back via email.

Step 2: Pick-up or Self-ship

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Step 3: Quality Check

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC).
Refund/Replacement will be approved only if it passes QC.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if preferred by customer)

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 3–5 business days after QC approval (for prepaid orders)

  • 7–10 business days for bank-account refunds

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Subject to product availability

If the replacement unit is unavailable, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit of equivalent value

5. Returns Due to Customer Preference

If the customer changes their mind (wrong size, different colour, etc.):

  • Return shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds may exclude original shipping fees
     

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours with required photos/videos.

  • We will prioritise a free replacement, or issue a refund if unavailable.
