Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier workload, and external factors (weather, strikes, unforeseen delays).

Free shipping on orders above ₹1000/-.

For orders below the threshold, a shipping fee will be charged on actuals.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
